Refund Policy

Eureka Tortilla produces premium tortillas made with the best ingredients from California suppliers. Below is our Refund Policy if you receive tortillas that are damaged or compromised.

Due to the perishable nature of the tortillas, we do not accept returns. We offer refunds and/or replacements on a case by case basis. Refund/Replacement requirements are: that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, provide an order # and photos of the items in its original packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will notify you once we have received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
