- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 package Cinnamon Horchata tortillas
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves

In a medium skillet or frying pan over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the pears and sauté until tender, 5 minutes. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar and stir to melt and coat, 3 minutes longer. Remove from the heat and keep warm.
To warm the tortillas, in a dry pan over medium-high heat, add the tortillas for 30 seconds per

To build the tacos, spread each tortilla with a dollop of cream cheese. Top with the pear
compote, sprinkle with thyme and serve warm.
